I just wanted to let you know how much Marcus is appreciated - he's a lifesaver! There are 5 ladies in this office, and there are times we keep him busy with computer difficulties. Things that are issues for us are nothing for him, and he has us back to work in no time. In times of no problems, he keeps us up-to-date and running smoothly. He's always in a good mood and patient with questions. If he isn't available when we call, he lets us know and is quick to get back to us. As you know, this kind of reliability and consistency is nearly unheard of these days. I could go on, but I just wanted to send a quick note and say thank you.

OK, I just must brag on Marcus. We lost electricity four times the last two days, this morning at 4:40 am being the last. When it finally came back on, I came to work to a laptop that would not boot up. So, who did I call? "Ghostbusters," his name being Marcus the ULTIMATE IT GUY!!!! Even though he was on vacation, he stayed up with me almost all morning to help me troubleshoot and get the laptop back up! He kept me from having a MELTDOWN and at my age they can be devastating! I just had to brag!

The Nevada Housing Authority has been doing business with Ultimate IT Guys since June 2016. Prior to that time, we struggled with good tech support and did not have anyone in house capable of taking on that responsibility. We have had a very positive experience with Ultimate IT Guys and their tech support staff.

They make themselves available anytime for the support and training needed and keep us with the most recent updates.
